FAQ's

To place an order with us, you can browse our catalogue of products. Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, please add them to the shopping cart, upload your artwork and request a quote. One of our customer service team members will be in touch to assist with your purchase. You can also contact our customer service team via phone or email to assist you with placing an order.

We accept only bank transfers. Account details will be provided on your invoice or purchase order.

Our shipping policy may vary depending on the location and size of the order. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping costs will be provided on the final invoice and can also be obtained by contacting our customer service team.

Shipping times range and will be dependent on stock availability and location of production. Most products will be shipped within 2 weeks from the artwork approval, and this can increase to 4-6 weeks if production is done offshore. If you require faster turnaround times, please make sure to contact our customer service team member to see if we can expedite order for you.

Change of mind not accepted. After the final artwork has been approved by you and production has commenced, we cannot accept returns. We guarantee the quality of products and the workmanship, and all our orders are checked before dispatching.

We require high resolution – vector file artwork for all our orders. In case you can’t provide it, we might be able to assist with creating one, at an additional cost.

At Inksignia we take social responsibility seriously, which is why we like to partner with suppliers that adhere to the industry standards and have good practices. This can be reflected on the price of the goods sourced. We cater for all our client needs and understand that most of times, our clients are guided by their budgets, and might opt for cheaper alternatives we offer.
